Do not do business with Bacario. I purchased an Omega Planet Ocean in May of 2008 from Bacario.com. In January of 2010 the watch stopped working. Bacario offered a 2 year warranty. I sent the watch to them for repair and they returned it still broken. I sent it a second time, and again they did not fix the watch. They have never returned a single phone call to me. When I got through to Julie she said that there is nothing wrong with the watch. I sent it to them a 3rd time (they have had the watch about 3 months) and I called Julie and she said she received it and was "testing" it. She said her expert wound the watch 20 times and put it on his wrist for the day. It stopped working at 11:00 am the next morning. She said this was standard and the watch was working perfectly. Omega USA says it is not. They say if wound 15 times and worn for a day that full reserve is 40 to 48 hours. Bacario will not repair it, acknoledge there is a problem, or refund me my money. Bought Bulova 96A100. Very smooth transaction, just as easy as ordering from any well known online merchant. Received item in perfect condition. I bought based on all the good reviews, and was not disappointed. Beat my local store regular price by 33%, super one day VIP sale by 15%. Very satisfied. |

Just received the Citizen watch I ordered for my daughter. From start to finish it was great all the way. They sent out tracking information immediately, the watch arrived with all the paperwork, in great condition and on time, we are thrilled. In fact I just ordered a Charriol watch for myself today from Bacario, I'm so pleased! Great prices and service. |

I love this watch but didn't want to pay the department store price of $575.00. I used Google and was thrilled to see that this merchant was offering this watch so much less and with free shipping. WOW. I'm so excited to get it. Thanks for offering such a great deal. I received the watch and absolutely love it!! |

I planned to purchase the watch on another online store and chose Bacario due to its excellent rating on Bizrate.com. The other store showed poor customer service. I have high expectations of this experience. |

This was the only place I could find to get the watch my wife wanted that had it in stock and didn't have some absurdly long shipping date. It’s our anniversary on the 23rd and she needed a watch for her new job so I am lucky I found this place that was able to get it out so fast and efficiently. |

I ordered the Citizen Nighthawk Eco-Drive and it was delayed because my credit card had expired (duh!). They called me back and immediately rushed my order. I'm wearing it now and very satisfied with their service. My one complaint is that they wouldn't ship the item to my work address. Not sure why they offer an alternate address at all when ordering! |
